"I'll just have to stimulate something else then," Derek teases, but the look on his face is absurdly fond. Barry has been wrapped up in this case, and Derek has been mourning the loss of Saffron. They've been together but distracted, and Derek doesn't want that tonight. He wants to focus on Barry, and hopefully take his mind off of the terrible things plaguing it, if only for a little while.

"Whichever way you want," Derek says with a shrug. "The roast has a bit more time to cook, but the faster we get there, the faster I can make you garlic bread."
