"You're good at food," Derek agrees, feeling more non-verbal than usual thanks to his time as the wolf. He likes that Stiles takes care of him, of both of them. It makes Derek feel warm inside. He pops a few chips into his mouth and grabs his sandwich, growling happily at how piled high with meat it is. He balances the plate on his lap and takes a huge bite, nodding his approval and reaching up to wipe juices from the corner of his mouth.

He leans over to butt his forehead against Stiles' temple in gratitude before taking another bite, slotting himself in close.
