"Not unless I'm in the midst of changing," Luke answers and although it isn't entirely a secret in Darrow, he still keeps his voice low as they walk. Everyone they pass on the street doesn't need to know what he is -- what Derek is -- because while he's sure most of the people they know don't mind or don't care, he doesn't know that the same sort of attitude extends to everyone in Darrow. He's sure there's bound to be one or two people who don't look quite so kindly on werewolves, just like there is everywhere in the world, and Luke doesn't want any of them to ever have to meet them.

"But first, food," Luke agrees with a laugh as he lets Derek tug him in the direction of the food court. It does smell good, though, and his stomach rumbles slightly as they get closer. It's been a bit of a strange day and he hasn't so much as paused to have a meal while trying to work all this out.
